Todays older adults want to be busy, productive people. RSVP (Retired and Senior Volunteer Program) is designed to help
seniors use their experience to tutor and mentor children, counsel small businesses, assist at health clinics and teach other
seniors skills and crafts. Some distribute food to those in need, build housing for low-income neighbors, help local law enforcement
make communities safer, help in preserving the environment---anything to help the community.
You qualify as an RSVP Volunteer if you:
- are over 55 years of age
- can volunteer at least a few hours every week
- enjoy working with others to solve community problems
See the Director for a brochure on how you can become an RSVP Volunteer.
