This program assists with the high cost
of health insurance coverage and medications. A volunteer helps with the
filing of the paperwork for consideration. Each Meals on Wheels and Senior Center
participant will receive the one page application for this program when signing up for services.
A Georgia Cares representative will be
available at the senior center every second Thursday from 10 a.m. - Noon. Please call 1(800)669-8387 to speak to a Georgia
